Fixed some Xbox controller issues:

• B tap no longer exits the game — it must be held down instead.
• Menu no longer restarts the game — it must be held down to exit Joustine.
• Supports more than 4 Xbox controllers on Mac, and more than 3 on Apple TV. (There had been unnecessary limitations on how many controllers could join.)
• Xbox controller A (flap) can now interrupt the attract demo.

Also in 3.02:

• More detailed naming of clients in the lobby — devices identify themselves by model and version, so a room full of players can tell each other apart.
• Supports Android client connectivity: the Joustine app on Android devices can join a game hosted on your Apple TV.
